I invested a lot of money and I am sure she is a fraud. DO NOT hire her. I hired her in June 2026 to file my Trademark with the USPTO. In the beginning I was just paying out money. It got filed but then in January 2026 the USPTO said they needed more information which she didn't provide. That ca...used the filing to go DEAD. She told me in August 2025 when I asked for details about the progress of the trademark that it takes 10 months. She never address the January 2026 query from the USPTO. I am out $2,600. I should have known better.

Katrina Marie reached out to us on her own; we did not contact her. She presented herself as a disabled person who charges far less than other lawyers. She agreed to a contingency arrangement, stating that if she could not resolve our case, she would refund the money. Well, I am not sure if she is... truly disabled or not, but she is definitely a liar and a fraud. She makes a living by scamming people. She took our money through PayPal, did nothing on our case, never responded, and never provided any updates. When we asked for our money back, this so-called “lawyer” refused to return it. These kinds of scammers make a living by cheating others. Stay away from her—I hope she faces the consequences of feeding her family by stealing from others.
