Unprepared & Extremely Unprofessional Lawyer
Ms. Aplin unpreparedness and unprofessional conduct in court were inexcusable and charges will be filed with the Bar Association for her disbarment.

Replied last December 30, 2020Unfortunately in the business of divorce law anyone can write a review. I do not know Eileen. No client of mine by the name of Eileen has contacted my office stating she was a client that was not satisfied This is a false and misleading review. I am always prepared for court. Perhaps Eileen was the wife of one of my clients and has resorted to writing an inappropriate review. If this were truly my client I would believe that they would have spoken with me about the situation. Court has been VIRTUAL since March 2020 so Eileen is obviously mistaken in her review and comments. I do wish AVVO would ensure that an actual client writes the review by verifying with my office that in fact the person providing the review was an actual client. My staff also does not know of an Eileen who raised any of these issues at any time with my office.

Wish I had her during my Divorce
Alison is No Holds Barred...she will fight for you without backing down.. My past lawyer gave my ex EVERYTHING... Alison corrected that mistake...I have recommended Her to many friends... Again...I wish I had her when I was getting Divorced....
