Alison was an excellent attorney for My situation! She went after my daughters father for child support who hadn’t paid in 14 years! Well when it was time to really fight for what was mine she was like a viper in the court room! Needless to say she won the case for me! Thank you very much Aliso...n!

Hiring Alison Aplin is the worst mistake a litigant could make. She took our case as a favor to another attorney and proceeded to represent the interests of that opposing firm (and our adversary) over her own client. Our children were denied their right to support for over a decade with Aplin repre...senting us. Yet she claims our household owes her money despite numerous attempts to settle with her office. She is unable to read papers that are in front of her in open court, doesn't return phone calls and is often late. When we fired her and retained another firm she withheld the file from our new attorney. Hiring Alison Aplin is a very costly mistake. BEWARE!

Love her, my ex has had about 4-5 different attorneys, and I have had her and only her since day 1. She is an excellent attorney and has handled my child support and custody case and would want no one else to represent me in court. Everytime my ex drags us back in to try and get out of child support ...or bogus "violations" of the custody agreement. She gets the job done and is a force to be reckoned with in a court room, hire her before your ex does!

Ms. Aplin is a no nonsense divorce lawyer. After 12 years of being divorced, my ex had the nerve to want me to continue to pay child support after my daughter went away to college. She refused to pay her half of colleges expenses as well. Our original agreement called for us to split the proceeds ou...r our house when the child turned 21. She took out equity loans and refinanced without my knowledge eroding the equity I was entitled too. Yes, it took awhile BUT this is the system! Ms Aplin crafted a settlement that freed me from future child support because I was paying the entire college bill. She is placing a lien on the house so the ex can not take any more money out or sell it without my knowledge and got the ex to waive her interest in a summer house as compensation for college costs going forward. I trusted her expertise and learned her knowledge of the present law won my case!
