Alison M. Aplin

I’ve used Allison for over 10 years, in almost every different court there is and I don’t care what anybody says this is the lawyer that you need, she doesn’t sugarcoat it she tells you exactly how it is and don’t waste her time trying to lie to her, she’s heard it all. Ms. Aplin goes in there and do...es what she says and then some, I’ve seen it done on more than one occasion. I’ve referred her to at least 20-30 different people and they either already acquired her services or they were in the process. You pay her for results, to fight and protect you, you don’t pay her to hold your hand and give you hugs and kisses, that’s why I call her The Terminator. Sorry Alison but you are the best!!!

Ms. Aplin cost me several hundred thousand dollars aside from her legal fees. She failed to file my discovery documents with the court. She also forgot to let me know when the court hearing dates were. My case was lost by default. I ended up having to pay maintenance that was overstated by my ex ...and his attorney.

Hiring Alison Aplin is the worst mistake a litigant could make. She took our case as a favor to another attorney and proceeded to represent the interests of that opposing firm (and our adversary) over her own client. Our children were denied their right to support for over a decade with Aplin repre...senting us. Yet she claims our household owes her money despite numerous attempts to settle with her office. She is unable to read papers that are in front of her in open court, doesn't return phone calls and is often late. When we fired her and retained another firm she withheld the file from our new attorney. Hiring Alison Aplin is a very costly mistake. BEWARE!

Alison was my third lawyer in a extremely difficult and long drawn out divorce. She was able to get my divorce when my other lawyers couldn't. I had one lawyer who wouldn't fight for me and another who gave me very bad advice. Alison was upfront and honest and also worked very hard throughout my divo...rce. I've read some of the other reviews and disagree with them. Alison was never late or missed a court appointment and always returned my calls. I was only charged for the work that she did. I would highly recommend Alison, not only is she a great lawyer but also has become a friend.

I hired Ms.Aplin after 3 years of hiring a bunch of crook lawyers. My ex's lawyer was trying to drag my divorce and splitting of the proceeds from the sale of the marital residence. I hired Ms.Aplin and was very satisfied. She was professional, honest and was looking out for my interests unlike my... past lawyers. It only took Ms. Aplin 1 court date to finalize my divorce and the dividing of funds from the sale of the marital residence. She was better than I ever expected. Save yourself lots of money and aggravation. Hire Alison Aplin. She is simply the best no question about it.
