WHAT AN OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY!!! I'd been living paycheck to paycheck for a few years, okay with "paying-as-I-go" until that "WTF"!? moment when the Vet told me how much it would cost to operate on my dog's Perennial Hernia. Hired Ms. Labayen to handle a breech of the automatic stay that occurred during my bankruptcy proceedings with another attorney. Ms. Labayen wrote a settlement agreement that misidentified the opposing party, misidentified the property and wrote that the laws of the State of New Jersey would apply fo...r a judgment and property which resided in Georgia. Upon questioning of these facts she claimed there was nothing wrong and insisted I sign it. If I did not check every aspect of her work I would have signed a completely unenforceable settlement agreement. Was only able to satisfactorily settle the case after her services were terminated.

I went to Ms. Labayen for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. As you can imagine, filing a bankruptcy can be very nervewracking but Michelle and her sweet staff put me at ease with filing and answered all of my many questions.
