Biography
With over fifteen years of experience successfully representing individuals and corporations of every size we are exclusively dedicated to excellence in the practice of immigration law. Our knowledge spans the alphabet soup of immigrant and non-immigrant visas, TN status, asylum, deportation and removal, business immigration mattters, family-based immigration, "green cards", US naturalization and investor visa work.

Recogized by the White House for his contribution to legal servies, Mark Davies is Chairman of our firm. Mark holds leaderhip roles in a number of bar, civic and other organizations and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lawyers Without Borders, a UN affiliated NGO. Mark has delivered training to other lawyers under the auspices of the Association of Corporate Counsel, various bar associations and the Law Society of Engand & Wales.
A graduate of a major European law school, Mark obtained his US Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Post-graduation, Mark was appointed a Fellow by the Univerisity Pennsylvania Law School, attending the prestigious Salzburg institute in Salzburg, Austria. Mark also holds an MBA degree from the University Of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of business.
Mark received his legal training in some of the world's largest law firms and served as General Counsel of a corporate entity, being promoted to US divisional manager of one of the world's largest corporations.
