Highly recommended

I was looking for expert legal advice to open the trust for disabled person. I consulted with 3 other lawyers before I started working with Vlad. I chose Vlad because he saw the big picture, he recommended solution I even did not know exist. He is knowledgeable, know rules and stipulations about... any trust type. Vlad is flexible with appointments time and location. It was a pleasure working with him and it resulted to proper solution.

I hired Mr. Portnoy to review my existing will, to prepare my living will & trust. Vlad has been very helpful. He has a lot of legal knowledge and expertise, conducts business as truly professional and although being very busy tries to schedule appointments to accommodate client's needs.

Great attorney

I used Vlad's service to do my own will, health proxy and power of attorney. Vlad is detailed oriented, knowledgeable and willing to educate. I had a great pleasure of dealing with him. I am also a financial adviser and happily recommend my clients to Vlad.

Medicaid submission and approval

Vlad was recommended to us by my nephew who is an attorney as well. From the very first meeting we knew that Vlad would be the fight person for the job of getting my mother Medicaid. My mother's health deteriorated over the years and she now needs an additional medical care and help that Medicaid pro...vides. Vlad is a highly delegent and experienced attorney. He thoroughly explained the Medicaid submission process to us getting my mother comfortable with the process. Obviously, Vlad (and his team) is doing the very heavy lifting while we patiently wait for the successful ending.

Excellent Lawyer!!!

Vlad Portnoy is an absolutely fantastic lawyer. Responsive, dedicated, detailed oriented, very knowledgable and very personable. I would recommend his professional services to anyone that needs nearly anything in terms of law advise or assistance as if it will not be specifically his area of expertis...e he will make sure you are referred to a proper colligue in the industry also of a high caliber.
