Worst attorney ever! He is a liar, unreliable, irresposinble, unexperienced, careless attorney.He will reassure you to take on your case and make it seem easy to win just to take your money. Hiring this man was the worst mistake of my life.. I was going through a very hard situation at the time and h...e did not care. He was always on time to ask for payments but never available when i needed to speak to him he never submitted paper work on time, missed court dates.. He even got the judge angry for not doing his job. We won the case through a public attorney after I gave up on hiring another attorney. Save your money and a headache.

I had the unfortunate fate of being detained by ICE or the immigration authorities recently and while in detention consulted with a lawyer who advised me to voluntarily accept deportation and that he would get me back to the US and my family with six months. He said this because he believed that I wo...uld be detained for a year or longer. Such a suggestion of leaving the US did not sit well with me and the thought of separation from my children, in another country, seemed unbearable. As a result I immediately went looking for a new immigration attorney and found Paul Grotas. On my first meeting with Paul he put me at complete ease and reassured me that he would have me out in no time and on follow up meetings the same message was conveyed to me. This positive response that I got from Paul really put my heart, mind and soul in a peaceful state. As it tuned out he was also representing other detainees whom had a similar high regard for him and the news was that he was getting people out of jail and back to their families. My case had complications but nevertheless on the first court appearance that I had( three weeks later) he was able to skillfully get me released. I can't thank him enough nor can my family.

Paul was outstanding in assisting me to secure a working VISA coming from Canada. His kept us privy every step of the way and always helped to clarify our questions in a time sensitive manner. My son-in-law was behind an 8ball and facing almost certain deportation to El Salvador. This would've been a death sentence due to gang threats made to he and his family. He was held in New York/New Jersey and we were in Denver. Two other lawyers had agreed to take the case but did nothing excep...t take several thousands of dollars and file no court documents. I talked with a friend whose brother knew and recommended Paul. We were very impressed with Paul's attitude from the start. Even though other attorneys had said that there was no chance of our son-in-law avoiding a deportation order, Paul agreed to take the case.
