Biography
Frank Oswald, Esq. joined Burner Prudenti Law, P.C. in January 2025 as an Associate attorney. Following a full-time internship under Surrogate Matthew Titone at the Richmond County Surrogate’s Court in 2019, Frank immersed himself in the field of Trust and Estate Administration, where he has been practicing ever since and now concentrates his practice.
Frank earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2020, and sat for the first New York state bar examination administered during the global health crisis. After being admitted to practice in 2021, Frank began work with prominent firms in Staten Island and Brooklyn. He has significant experience with Surrogate’s Court proceedings throughout the five boroughs and Long Island.
Frank has been a member of the Staten Island JCC’s Dementia Coalition since 2022, which specializes in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and individuals with cognitive impairments, as well as their family caregivers. Frank is committed to handling each estate matter with both compassion and sensitivity.
Frank is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, as well as the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice in the State of New York, and lives in Staten Island, close to his family.
