Gina Raio Bitsimis

Gina Raio Bitsimis is an attorney at Burner Law Group, P.C. She joined the firm in February 2021 of counsel having previously worked over twenty-five years in prominent Trusts and Estates law firms. Gina’s practice includes all Surrogate’s Court proceedings to appoint an Executor or Administrator of an estate, preparation of fiduciary accountings, and preparation of New York State and Federal estate tax returns. She is well versed in real estate transactions as her early career focused on a substantial number of real estate litigation cases.

As a result of her proficiency in all matters of Trusts and Estates, Gina dedicates her time to educating and counseling clients on timely and sensitive matters. In addition, she has an extensive background in drafting wills and trusts and planning for high-net-worth clients as well. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Trusts and Estates section and the Nassau County Estate Planning Council. Gina received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Decedent’s Estates. She received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany, magna cum laude. Gina is licensed to practice in the State of New York and lives in Dix Hills with her family.
