Erik Harald Langeland

I hired Mr. Langeland after git wrapping a settlement for him. When I contacted him, he didn't seem to think I had a case but I told him that the company had already offered me $1,000. I should have taken him thinking I didn't have a case as a hint he wasn't interested, but he got interested really q...uick when I told him I'd already been offered $1,000. I ended up waiting a year in total, including the 2-3 weeks it took me to get the $1,000 offer. He filed a class-action in the wrong state and it got dismissed. He came to me with an incredibly weak settlement offer, drawn out over 6 months. It wasn't much more than I had come to him with to begin with. Mr. Langeland then told me the entire case was a "dead end" and the company wasn't even going to give me the weak settlement. Mr. Langeland and I parted ways and the next day the company contacted me and gave me the exact amount that I wanted, which Mr. Langeland couldn't seem to get. I don't know if he just wasn't interested, or what the deal was to be honest. So, make sure he's truly interested in your case or you may end up waiting a long time for nothing.
