I am a partner of Rabner Baumgart Ben-Asher & Nirenberg, P.C. in Montclair, New Jersey. I have dedicated my career to representing employees in discrimination, harasment, retaliation and other employment law cases in New Jersey and New York since I graduated from Cornell Law School in 1998. I have extensive experience writing and arguing appeals, and have participated in numerous landmark decisions, including Zive v. Stanley Roberts, Inc.; Stengart v. Loving Care Agency, Inc.; Myers v. AT&T; Cole v. Jersey City Medical Center; Padilla v. Berkeley Educational Services of New Jersey, Inc.; Brennan v. Norton; and Muller v. Exxon Research and Engineering Co.
