Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Quick efficient and professional

Obtained my uncontested divorce within 6 weeks
I wanted to get a divorce quickly, however processing times in any borough varied from 6 to 8 month. I was very happy to here that Yaniv and associates were able to file outsite of NY Metro area and the whole process was going to take about 6 weeks ( 2 weeks to get the paperwork ready + 4 weeks to ge...
