Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Fast, cheap, divorce
I needed an uncontested divorce done as cheaply as possible. This was absolutely the answer for a total of $865 I got divorced and that included all the court costs. Good service
This service, overall, is very good. The process was easy and I didn't have to attend an office which is a bonus. Although I'm pretty good at administration I found the DIY forms online confusing and couldn't be bothered dealing with the bureaucracy of a box not being ticked or completed correctly. U...
