I was in a deep visa immigration limbo with a pending O-1 extraordinary ability visa petition that was stuck pending with USCIS for almost 3 years. Being lost in the legal ambiguities of immigration law, Tsui was both diligent in her plan of action and bold in fighting for my case. Essentially, USCIS... finally came back with a Request for Further Evidence saying they would only give me 6 months of an O1 before having to file all over again even though I'd been the one that had waited patiently the whole time. Tsui felt strongly that we should fight back and request the entire 3 years. We met Tsui in late 2008 when my wife was detained by the US Border Patrol in Upstate New York and Tsui has been representing us since.
