I was referred to Tsui via family and friends who have worked with her in the past and had very positive reviews regarding her friendly yet professional attitude, efficiency and dedication. I hired her as the attorney for my I-751 waiver case in early 2018 and had the best experience. She and her tea...m are very dedicated and focused. Attorney Tsui Yee does have the knowledge, legal expertise, and charisma of a great lawyer, but beside that, I would recognize her for devotion, care and compassion that you only see in a great friend. Tsui just helped me with an O-1 visa. My endeavor of switching status from F-1 to O-1 was off t...o a rocky start since right after our first consultation meeting, EO 13769 ― the travel ban ― was issued and my country of citizenship was on the list. During a period that no one had a clear idea as what the implications were and how people like me would be affected by the order, Tsui reassuringly told me “we are going to fight as hard as we can.” Over the course of the next couple of months she made me feel empowered and encouraged, guided me and helped me reinforce my case in a way that my visa was granted shortly after submission. She started with emphatic understanding of me, as a person, not merely as a case (my life circumstances, achievements, my goals, etc.) then she tailored a personal narrative for my O-1 application and helped me bring the evidences and paperworks together. If anyone involved in the case on my end, (like my agent, my clients or those who wrote recommendation letters on my behalf) had any questions, she would personally get in touch with them to clarify the issue, providing detailed legal references, along with layman’s language. She was succinct, persuasive, and made the effort for them to understand fully the scope of their involvement and do their part wholeheartedly. She was always ready for strategic tweaks. Once that I had to replace an entity in my application, she generously redid some works she had already done. All and all, I never felt anything short of full understanding, support and adequacy in representation. In our current political atmosphere that even legal immigrants like me are likely to face a share of distress and disarray, in attorneys like Tsui Yee we shall trust.

I am not sure how I could express my gratitude... Tsui Yee is more than an uncommon immigration attorney -- she is one of a kind human being. Her dedication and her diligence will not be matched by anyone. For more than a decade prior I was (mis)represented by a (so-called) premier INS Attorney.... I had the fortune to meet Tsui Yee and she immediately took charge of my case, which had been mishandled by my prior attorney to the point that it was stuck in process at the INS office. Tsui filed for FOIA; got a copy of my case (which I never received from my previous attorney); and spent time to explain all of the implications. Once she understood the gravity of the situation she took the time to try to find any resolution, even going personally to the USCIS Offices asking for a status update. Due to the confidential nature of my (mis)filed case, she could not get an answer at first but pressed on until I finally received my appointment. She took the time, went with me to the scheduled appointment, and asked the officer to change the nature of my application since there were extenuating circumstances. In the end I received my Green Card and I owe it all to her. If you need help, look no further! Thank you for getting me out of a desperate situation!

Someone once told me that going through the immigration required a lot of faith. The reality is, the process is just brutal. I had gone through several immigration lawyers in three different states to help me with a work petition case and then a family petition case gone wrong.
