Having Tsui as my immigration attorney was an excellent experience from start to finish. She came very highly recommended by the employment attorney of the company I work for, and I could see why from the first phone call I had with her. I and my wife were petitioning for a marriage-based green ca...rd for me, and Tsui's expertise in this field were very apparent from that first phone call. Tsui made the whole process much more accessible and understandable than it otherwise would have been. She gave us clear checklists of documentation to be provided to USCIS, understandable questionnaires to be filled out and she put all of this information together so that the petition and application were in the best shape that they could possibly be in. Throughout the year-long application, Tsui was always available to answer any questions we had, and always kept us updated with any changes to the process made by the immigration services. Tsui is the best immigration lawyer in my opinion if you're looking for someone who is professional, thorough, honest and straightforward. Her office helped us with the original perm residency application through marriage all the way through the petition to remove conditional status. She made what wa...s seemingly a daunting process a lot less intimidating and complicated by giving us a clear list of documentations to provide and prepare and setting the right expectations (so you can stop worrying about timelines beyond your control). Throughout the whole process (roughly took about 4 years) she's been very responsive, thorough and knowledgeable in addressing our questions and concerns.
