Terry Anthony Brostowin

I'm very surprised to read some of the reviews posted here...not to say every case will have a positive or preferred outcome, but regarding character, skill, professionalism, overall knowledge of the law and compassion- I would say Terry possesses all of the above, and definitely a lawyer you would w...ant working alongside you. He was recommended to me while I was navigating through my divorce, and though I won't get into the specifics of financials, because every case is different, and it's not my place to discuss or state publicly, I will say Terry is beyond patient. He was/is a gentleman and never demanded, stopped working or assisting me throughout my case regarding payment. My case was in Staten Island, my now ex husband had very good connections there, evidence Terry saw and experienced himself, things that were just dismissed or avoided... still Mr. Brostowin stood his ground, stood to the law and the end result was having sole custody of my daughter, receiving the proper child support amount she was entitled to, and numerous other stipulations that I was entitled to. I went through 2 other lawyers and was being taken advantage of in court, in all honesty if I didn't have Terry beside me, I would not have had a successful outcome. I am where I am at this point in my life because of Mr. Brostowin and his commitment to practicing law the right way, and having the heart and compassion to support it. He always answered my calls, kept me well informed, and never once made me feel like anything less (knowing the details of the case). Even to this point, he is still there, and assisting. I could not recommend him enough. I'm sorry for the individuals who had a bad experience, but that is not the Terry Brostowin I had the pleasure of working with for the last 2 yrs. I would highly recommend.

Terry was our marriage immigration lawyer and we are not satisfied for his service. Impossible to get a hold on him. He doesn't really answer your phone calls or email. His "office number" goes to the receptionist of the firm, who would take your messages a million times but you wouldn't hear back fr...om the lawyer no matter how urgent the matter is. Our case has a lot of issues even after it was accepted. Spend your money on a lawyer who is attentive and will answer your questions when you are panicking about a situation you are not familiar with.

Mr. Brostowin defended us from a stalker, unbalanced person who was a master at manipulating the criminal justice system. Not only did he deal with these people with self-possession and poise but waited for payment and made a very reasonable payment plan. He always took care of things in a timely f...ashion. We feel he is a prince.
