As a classical concert pianist, I was so fortunate to have Jane as my attorney to get my O1 b visa. In the last years the bar for this visa has raised a lot, Jane warned me about it in the beginning before starting the process. We started the process in July and the case was filed in the first part o...f September. I got the approval in November without any request for evidence or any other problem. During the application process, she guided me to get all the documents that I needed, giving me very clear instructions about details that I could not even imagine. She was so meticulous that she didn't file until the documents were prepared in the way that she wanted. The communication was excellent. During the application process I asked her a lot of questions and she always answered me very quickly. She let me know all the fees at the beginning and there was no surprise. Ms. Orgel might be a good lawyer but communication is very poor. For my visa process I have talked many immigration lawyers. Almost all of them respond my mails in a very reasonable time. But we couldn't have the same sync with Ms. Orgel unfortunately. I paid most expensive consultation fee I have ev...er seen to her and of course expect better service. So knowledge or experience doesn't mean everything, lawyers need to understand clients situation as well.
