If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this company! They start with great service but the moment you call to request something from them, it goes from person to person and never gets done. You ask for someone to call you back and they call back about a week later, this is after sayin...g it’s urgent. For the amount they charge you are better off paying your cards or negotiating yourself. Honestly the worst company to work with.

If you check the reviews on here, you can tell they either pay people to post or spam to give them a higher rating lol They destroyed my credit. I got sued twice. Telling me not to pay my credit card bills?! How did I fall for this! This firm has humiliated me and has taken my dignity. I came fo...r them for help and the bottom line is they make money while my credit score bottomed out. My life is legit ruined for now. Don’t do it. Report them to the attorney general in NYC. Enough is enough.

I had over 40k in debt and yes they did do their job. I did not know however how much their fees were. I owed one creditor 23k. They settled for 10k. I paid the 10k plus over 4k in fees for Gitmeid and now I am having to report 15k on my income taxes this year for this same creditor that I only o...wed 23k to start the program. Obviously no one at Gitmeid was able to get interest charges and late fees abated from the beginning of the program.
