I used him to buy a building and to sell a building. He is very knowledgeable for Real Estate the closing for buying the building was very fast. To sell it is even faster because I will give him power of attorney. Much better than the other Lawyer I used in the past. Very respectful of COVID 19 situa...tion. He gave me suggestion that I never tough about like wile I was in contract, I gave access to the next door neighborhood to attach a cable in to my building to get power.
