We recently worked with Kurt for the second time in the purchase of an apartment. This was a complicated swap, and the other side's lawyer was incredibly incompetent. Kurt and his stellar team are responsive, thorough, and professional. We used them for buying our Brooklyn coop apartment, and then selling it 5 years later. We felt like they knew their stuff, were always happy to answer questions we had, and interacted in a timely fashion with the sellers, real es...tate agents, coop board, management, etc. Highly recommended. Oh, and Kurt is personable and has a good sense of humor.
