Smooth Real Estate Transaction

Kurt and his team were extremely helpful and easy to work with, Kurt started off walking me through the entire process and then his team picked up and immediately started working the transaction. It was a co-op deal, so it was a grind, but the team was up for the challenge. They were very supportive ...and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Friendly and efficient team - our first residential transaction

Kurt helped us going through all the documents at the closing date. He was very knowledgeable and patient assisting my wife and I for our first residential purchase. Diana, his assistant, was a great help as well, and has always been available during the full closing process. I would recommend Kurt ...and his team, and I will definitely ask for their assistance for a future transaction.

Stellar Performance

When we sold our apartment in NYC we asked around to a few friends about attorneys that they or friends had used to handle closings. One of our friends suggested Dickler & Roth and after checking out their website and reviews, we decided to go with their firm. We are so happy that we did. Dickler a...nd Roth created a stress free atmosphere where they not only spelled out each step in a way that the lay person could understand, they related to any problems and handled it in the most professional way. They created a near stress free closing, one in which the purchaser tried to throw as many last second wrinkles into the deal, all of which were handled seamlessly. With seemingly so many choices at your disposal, I highly recommend this firm as they truly cared about shepherding you through the closing process from beginning to end. Kudos to the entire staff and one last "thank you" to all.

Took my $, was never available, didn’t do anything

I hired Mr.Roth for, as I reiterated to him in my probably every other sentence, extremely urgent matter. He was never available, month after month passed - absolutely nothing was done. In the mean time I was accumulating huge holding costs. Then he tells me he got sick. Even if it’s true, then a ...decent professional would have refunded me. Instead, after half a year of me asking for his bill, he had finally produced one - full of errors. I’m taking him to court.

Unfortunately this was not a good match. Our "client" had waited years to appear in a foreclosure which was causing a myriad of problems with her building. We actively sought to negotiate and could not reach the result she could be satisfied with. Her 'Court' action against me was dismissed. As to my availability, my office is staffed full time and my clients have my mobile phone number. I am highly accessible.

Responsive Lawyer and Team

Kurt and his paralegal, Damaris, were extremely responsive and efficient in walking me through a complicated buying process. I purchased an affordable housing unit through NYC and they helped me navigate between the co-op's management company, the city agency, the seller, and the bank. At one point, ...when my financing fell through, they helped me to find another lender. They remained patient through the entire process. I highly recommend Kurt and his phenomenal team.
