Ali Benchakroun

Ali is a phenomenal lawyer and a great individual at heart. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. We hired him multiple times over the past 3 years to represent my brother on some very difficult charges and after the most recent case Ali was able to get ALL of my brother's charges dismi...ssed. Not only does he get the job done in a reasonable amount of time, his prices are beyond great compared to other lawyers within NYC. Ali is also trustworthy and he's always a phonecall/text away!

My son had told me about a lawyer he met while he was working for a deli. My son said this man Ali was inspiring and caring what my son failed to tell me along with the inspiring part was that Ali had helped him get through A DUI ticket and worked with him so he can afford to pay the fees. Imagine my... surprise when I found out a few years later My son would need a lawyer once again. I called around and the prices were astronomical, I cried because I knew my son was innocent but I would not be able to stand by him as a single mom with the fees other lawyers wanted. My son Steven pleaded with me to call Ali. I did and well let me just say I was skeptical at first, but when I met Ali in person I knew he knew what he was doing, very educated in law, familiar with the judicial system and those that are employed by them. Ali walked us through the process step by step, calmed our fears, worked with us price wise so that I could stand by my son during this difficult process which in the end resulted with case being dismissed. If I ever had to call a lawyer again it would be Ali and I would highly recommend him to anyone that asks. Ali was caring, supportive yet blunt laying the facts down on the table to my son and stressed the importance of staying out of trouble in the future, something my son did not get from his own dad. So far it seems to be working cause I have not had to hire Ali again.

Needing a lawyer is scary. Needing one for your Child is even scarier. I asked the advice of my family and received Ali’s number. I actually texted him instead of calling as it was off hours and although I felt desperate, I didn’t want to bother him. Once I hit the send button and was about to put m...y phone down. I was getting a return response from him. He immediately called me and we discussed my daughters pending legal issue. Mind you this was a Sunday. Preparing for her court date was also scary but Ali was with me every step of the way. He always made time for me and we met up twice in his office to discuss exactly what would happen. What he said would happen, is exactly what happened. As my daughter and I sat outside the courtroom yesterday waiting to see the judge, I found out that Ali was in a conference about her case. He came walking around the corner and said, “You are done” Done, dismissed and sealed. The relief I had, I cannot explain. My Daughter can move on with her life and have some peace and I know if I went another route the outcome would not be the same. Ali Cared and it showed. I would recommend him to everyone and took plenty of his business cards to do just that. He is sharp, aggressive and very informed. I felt as if I was his only client. His service is that personal.
