Ali Benchakroun

I unfortunately had a DWI and was facing multiple charges , including injuring a police officer after crashing into a police car. Also fleeing the scene and blowing more than almost 3 Times the legal limit . For sure I was facing jail time , and to say that this was a difficult case, is an understat...ement. Ali went out of his way to ensure that I got the best possible outcome and he went above and beyond in every way imaginable. I ended up with some programs , but avoided any jail time in the end . He is the most trustworthy attorney I have ever met, and I would highly recommend him for any type of criminal case. He’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. I was so stressed and scared about the overall outcome, but he made me feel relieved . He is very empathetic and made himself available anytime I needed advice or even just someone to talk to and ease my worries and anxiety. I could not be happier . My Husband got arrested for DWI. This was years ago. Sorry for late review. I was in Queens Court, and visiting my husband, and did not know what to do. I heard people talking and I saw Atty. Ali. I’m a paramedic with FDNY and when i was arrested for DWI i was very nervous because not only i was facing criminal case but i had to worry about losing my job. A friend who is a lawyer recommended Ali and I went with him. My son had told me about a lawyer he met while he was working for a deli. My son said this man Ali was inspiring and caring what my son failed to tell me along with the inspiring part was that Ali had helped him get through A DUI ticket and worked with him so he can afford to pay the fees. Imagine my... surprise when I found out a few years later My son would need a lawyer once again. I called around and the prices were astronomical, I cried because I knew my son was innocent but I would not be able to stand by him as a single mom with the fees other lawyers wanted. So far it seems to be working cause I have not had to hire Ali again.
