Within the past year I was faced with an unfortunate situation that resulted in an arrest. I had no previous criminal record; yet, was charged with Assault in the First Degree which is a Class B Felony carrying a possible prison sentence of up to 25 years. I unfortunately had a DWI and was facing multiple charges , including injuring a police officer after crashing into a police car. Also fleeing the scene and blowing more than almost 3 Times the legal limit . For sure I was facing jail time , and to say that this was a difficult case, is an understat...ement. My son had told me about a lawyer he met while he was working for a deli. My son said this man Ali was inspiring and caring what my son failed to tell me along with the inspiring part was that Ali had helped him get through A DUI ticket and worked with him so he can afford to pay the fees. Imagine my... surprise when I found out a few years later My son would need a lawyer once again. Needing a lawyer is scary. Needing one for your Child is even scarier. I asked the advice of my family and received Ali’s number. He came walking around the corner and said, “You are done” Done, dismissed and sealed. The relief I had, I cannot explain. My Daughter can move on with her life and have some peace and I know if I went another route the outcome would not be the same. Ali Cared and it showed. I would recommend him to everyone and took plenty of his business cards to do just that. He is sharp, aggressive and very informed. I felt as if I was his only client. His service is that personal.
