Sandra Keller Dawes

Sandra Keller Dawes has been an Associate with Egan Law Firm since March 2013. She focuses on assisting employers with their employment matters as well as providing representation to employees with a variety of employment disputes, including discrimination, hostile work environment and harassment, and retaliation.    

From 2007 to 2011, Sandra was an Associate with Daley & Heft, LLP, located in Solana Beach, California.  She was a member of the firm's civil litigation practice group where her emphasis was in the representation of public entities in a wide range of matters, including employment, contract, personal injury, and property issues.

Sandra attended law school at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento California.  While there, she was an editor and member of the McGeorge Law Review, she was on the Dean's Honor List each semester of law school, and she graduated with Honors. Sandra was admitted to the California Bar in 2006 and the New York Bar in 2012.  Prior to beginning her legal career, Sandra was a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and an Oracle financial software consultant in Dallas and San Francisco.
