This is probably the best experience with any lawyer I ever had so far. From the very first phone call Jeff explained everything to me in a way I can understand. He is very thorough and knows the law! He will fight to get the best outcome for his client not just settle for whatever is is offered. Her...e is what I was dealing with and what he got for me. I was caught doing 93 in a 65 and I was charged with "driving while ability impaired". I also refused the breath test. All heavy fines and if convicted possible jail time court ordered alcohol treatment etc etc. He got all of that down to Disorderly conduct which meant all my charges would be dismissed. Without getting into too many details, we have been victimized by blatant fraud and it’s caused my minor child serious issues as it involved an initial attack and screaming how our money and our home (a co op) would be taken (throw in curses) and the billing agent and board president acted as such. ...If you want to get somewhere in civil matters, hire an amazing litigator who has a knowledge of various branches of the law. For the first time in a long time I feel my daughter will be able to begin to heal. Her doctor is beside herself w the overt victimization, harassment that continued because I paid my mortgage off to devote more time and have less expenses to raise her. When it’s a civil matter, but the actions of those responsible points to criminal conduct you need an advocate to defend your rights and the well-being of children who has insight into criminal law, cuts the BS, gets a sense of the intentional suffering and damage. I called her pediatrician yesterday and shared I think we found my 12 year old daughters advocate, her doctor has seen her decline as a victim and made it clear until someone advocates for her, stops the harassment be it false police reports by managing agent to scare her because I sure as hell will not back down and be victimized. Jeffrey is 100% a step in the right direction. Keep in mind no matter the situation you have rights and you need someone to advocate for you, I’m confident he will assure the actions that are overt fraud are finally addressed and give me, especially my little girl hope and the opportunity to get better. Jeff represented me in a criminal case which later also involved a family case. I was facing two misdemeanors and an infraction. To complicate things, this was all taking place during the height of the COVID pandemic. Courts were on back log, and my case was in a position where it could have pote...ntially dragged on for well over a year. This meant that, due to an exclusionary order of protection, I could not return to my home during this time. To top it off, I was facing a DA that was totally aloof to my predicament. Jeff went above and beyond to expedite and resolve my matter. He was able to circumvent all the red tape and barriers and obtain an expedited hearing which involved the total dismissal of all the charges that were pending against me. After the conclusion of the criminal case, Jeff represented me in the family case that followed. He was able to quickly obtain an exclusionary order of protection for me and I was able to return home the same day. He concluded the family case by locking in a very extended order of protection for me and a full acknowledgment of guilt by the offending party. Jeff was accessible, responsive, communicative, available, hard working, skillful, patient, sympathetic, capable, open minded, knowledgeable and much more. Also, I can't stress enough how easily he was able to circumnavigate the monstrous barriers created by the COVID pandemic .
