For the first time in a long time I feel my daughter will be able to begin to heal. Her doctor is beside herself w the overt victimization, harassment that continued because I paid my mortgage off to devote more time and have less expenses to raise her. When it’s a civil matter, but the actions of those responsible points to criminal conduct you need an advocate to defend your rights and the well-being of children who has insight into criminal law, cuts the BS, gets a sense of the intentional suffering and damage. I called her pediatrician yesterday and shared I think we found my 12 year old daughters advocate, her doctor has seen her decline as a victim and made it clear until someone advocates for her, stops the harassment be it false police reports by managing agent to scare her because I sure as hell will not back down and be victimized. Jeffrey is 100% a step in the right direction. Keep in mind no matter the situation you have rights and you need someone to advocate for you, I’m confident he will assure the actions that are overt fraud are finally addressed and give me, especially my little girl hope and the opportunity to get better. I’m looking forward to the advocacy and litigation skills in a well rounded sense of the law like Mr. Scaggs specializes in.
