I called her pediatrician yesterday and shared I think we found my 12 year old daughters advocate, her doctor has seen her decline as a victim and made it clear until someone advocates for her, stops the harassment be it false police reports by managing agent to scare her because I sure as hell will not back down and be victimized. Jeffrey is 100% a step in the right direction. Keep in mind no matter the situation you have rights and you need someone to advocate for you, I’m confident he will assure the actions that are overt fraud are finally addressed and give me, especially my little girl hope and the opportunity to get better. Jeff represented me in a criminal case which later also involved a family case. I was facing two misdemeanors and an infraction. To complicate things, this was all taking place during the height of the COVID pandemic. Courts were on back log, and my case was in a position where it could have pote...ntially dragged on for well over a year. This meant that, due to an exclusionary order of protection, I could not return to my home during this time. To top it off, I was facing a DA that was totally aloof to my predicament. Jeff went above and beyond to expedite and resolve my matter. He was able to circumvent all the red tape and barriers and obtain an expedited hearing which involved the total dismissal of all the charges that were pending against me. After the conclusion of the criminal case, Jeff represented me in the family case that followed. He was able to quickly obtain an exclusionary order of protection for me and I was able to return home the same day. He concluded the family case by locking in a very extended order of protection for me and a full acknowledgment of guilt by the offending party. Jeff was accessible, responsive, communicative, available, hard working, skillful, patient, sympathetic, capable, open minded, knowledgeable and much more. Also, I can't stress enough how easily he was able to circumnavigate the monstrous barriers created by the COVID pandemic . He is an amazing lawyer, will continue to be my lawyer and I highly recommend him.

I wouldn’t have gotten any incredible attorney than Mr. Jeffrey Scaggs for my case that nearly tore my family and profession apart. A case that would have resulted into felony and years of sentence or more years of probation to nothing.
