Released From Bondage! Landslide Victory!!! Ive been kicking this around for days looking for the right words to acknowledge what my Attorney Jeff Scaggs was able to accomplish. Words do not come close! I was under an all out Attack.. Facing immediate termination,incarceration and loosing my ki...ds. This is probably the best experience with any lawyer I ever had so far. From the very first phone call Jeff explained everything to me in a way I can understand. He is very thorough and knows the law! He will fight to get the best outcome for his client not just settle for whatever is is offered. Her...e is what I was dealing with and what he got for me. I was caught doing 93 in a 65 and I was charged with "driving while ability impaired". I also refused the breath test. All heavy fines and if convicted possible jail time court ordered alcohol treatment etc etc. He got all of that down to Disorderly conduct which meant all my charges would be dismissed.
