Brad seemed to work very hard on my son's case. He was very responsive to my son and myself with any questions we might have. Mr. Henry was hired to defend my son, in a trial in Jefferson County, Tn., a county that he had previously not worked. My son had been to trial previously with a different attorney, so I had plenty opportunity to see the Judge who presided over criminal court, and also many other lawyers who were the...re defending other people and their interactions. There had been a lawyer on another case, who was from Knox county, and politely told the Judge that certain decisions were made THIS way in Knox county, to which the Judge replied "Yes, but this is MY county", and from that point on, it seemed that things did not go favorably for that lawyer. When Mr. Henry came into that courtroom, he actually sat and listened to the Judge hearing all these other cases, he didn't fiddle around with his blackberry or computer or phone, he didn't interfere with the decorum of the courtroom, but he was taking in the "Workings" of that particular court, and I believe it gave him the advantage when my sons' case came up. When my sons' case was over, the Judge asked Mr. Henry who he was, and who he was with, and Mr. Henry provided him with the information, to which the Judge replied, "You're welcome back in my court anytime". I believe that his respect, knowledge and professionalism give him a great advantage in any court. He never made promises that he knew he couldn't keep, made a point to thoroughly check on all facets of the case, was quick to respond when we had questions about the case, and overall kept us up on any changes or new information. I believe he is an excellent attorney, and will be a force to be reckoned with in the future judicial system.
