Where do I even start?? I guess I’ll start with the fact that USCIS provided me with the wrong Receipt number for my K1-Visa! At that time I was pregnant with my son awaiting for a response from the USCIS. Thankfully Attorney Glen Raj immediately contacted the Deputy Director of Constituent Services ...at Congressman Eliot L. Engel (16th District) office once he realized the process was taking unusually longer than expected. Mr. Raj was able to get my case expedited and have the correct receipt number emailed to us within 1 week. Due to my delicate state, Mr. Raj was constantly in contact with the USCIS and the Congressman’s office working day and night to get my fiancé here. And I know this for a fact because he would email me even after hours for additional information that was needed for my case. After exactly 12 months of waiting, my fiancé is finally on his way to America! I know, if the USCIS didn’t delay my case, my fiancé would have been here within 6 months with help from Mr. Knowledgeable Glen Raj! He truly is an awesome, reliable and caring attorney!!
