Where do I even start?? I guess I’ll start with the fact that USCIS provided me with the wrong Receipt number for my K1-Visa! At that time I was pregnant with my son awaiting for a response from the USCIS. Thankfully Attorney Glen Raj immediately contacted the Deputy Director of Constituent Services ...at Congressman Eliot L. Engel (16th District) office once he realized the process was taking unusually longer than expected. Mr. Raj was able to get my case expedited and have the correct receipt number emailed to us within 1 week. First of all i should say that Glen is more than an Attorney before he take my case I had lots of problems mostly because of overwhelming of immigration and my old case was suspended it was a dramatic one.
