Highly recommended! I believe, previous reviewers have thoroughly described Victoria as an excellent immigration attorney. There is no need for me to be redundant, however, what separates Victoria from many immigration attorneys is her previous work experience at the Research Foundation (RF) of CUNY..., where as a Deputy Director she handled immigration matters for a lot of foreign individuals like myself (H1B first, then EB1B OR). When I first interacted with her (as a non-immigrant RF employee) while she handled my immigration matter I immediately became impressed with outstanding quality of her work and the depth of knowledge she had in her field. In my opinion, Victoria's previous work experience makes her uniquely qualified to handle immigration matters of scientists and researchers and I have experienced it first hand. She guided me through my case and took her time to explain issues and clarify matters when necessary.
