Highly recommended! I believe, previous reviewers have thoroughly described Victoria as an excellent immigration attorney. There is no need for me to be redundant, however, what separates Victoria from many immigration attorneys is her previous work experience at the Research Foundation (RF) of CUNY..., where as a Deputy Director she handled immigration matters for a lot of foreign individuals like myself (H1B first, then EB1B OR). When I first interacted with her (as a non-immigrant RF employee) while she handled my immigration matter I immediately became impressed with outstanding quality of her work and the depth of knowledge she had in her field. In my opinion, Victoria's previous work experience makes her uniquely qualified to handle immigration matters of scientists and researchers and I have experienced it first hand. She guided me through my case and took her time to explain issues and clarify matters when necessary. In addition I have noticed that she responds quickly to clients' requests, not always the case with good lawyers. Once again: highly recommended.

Definitely recommend her

I actually got Victoria's name from my colleague, who is currently her client and it proved the good reputation comes from the truth. Victoria is definitely a very responsible professional, great on responding emails, patient with all kinds of questions, and knowledgeable about the field. Being hone...st is another quality that I appreciate her, she always tells me the pro and cons and leave me enough information to make my choice. In the past few months, she has been helpful and productive on my case, I have absolutely all positive comment about her.
