HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Professionalism personified. His communication throughout the entire process is what allowed the case to go in the direction in which it did. He really went above and beyond. Typically in an unemployment case the burden of proof rest solely on the employer to prove misconduct.. With his assistance we were able to prove, not only wasn't there any misconduct but a policy had not been violated. This case for me was more then just monetary gain. He got me my NAME back. Which I will always be eternally grateful. *"Accordingly, I find that the claimant did not violate the employer's cash register policy, did not violate the employer's policy regarding misuse of an employee, and the claimant did not violate the employer's policy on falsifying company documents and was separated from his employment under non disqualifying circumstances."*

Professional and Effective

Mr. Korder was hired to represent me in a hearing regarding the termination of my unemployment insurance by NYS DOL. On first communication Mr. Korder was open and honest about his policies and his decision making when determining to take the case. He spent plenty of time with me preparing for the tele-hearing, informing me and compiling what documents may be useful to my case, and walked me through step by step how the hearing would work. Because of his thorough research of previous cases and the time he spent with me, my ruling was reversed and I was able to receive all backpay of unemployment as well as continuing claims. Mr. Korder turned a nightmare scenario into a huge win and made the entire hearing process incredibly easy.

Very Helpful
