I was a prospective client, referred by Hyatt Legal Plan Services (a comprehensive legal plan provided as a benefit by my employer). I called 5 times over the course of a month before I got the chance to speak with an attorney about my legal matter. When I finally did connect, they claimed they didn't practice family law (even though they advertise it on their website). Receptionists were rude and unhelpful. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed. Contacting Khan & Yau was a huge waste of time. I am a former paralegal and have a lot of experience with attorneys; this was just unacceptable.

Ms. Cindy really made her efforts to get my immigration case ready. She was considerate and diligently devoted her time. However, I found it frustrating to find several typographical errors in the application post-submission, and eventually receive RFE. Maybe I should have agreed to let her represent me and my spouse. Regardless, I think she was fairly straightforward and honest, so if you need consultation - you should go, but make your own decision afterwards.

Cindy handled my case with personal attention, she took care of all the details and always discussed with me before making any steps. She was very helpful for all the paper works also.
