As a first time homebuyer we were lucky enough to be referred to Seth for his legal services. Seth made the entire process supremely easy and he was always ready and willing to answer all our questions. My husband dealt with Seth directly during the beginning of the process as I was out of the countr...y. I met Seth for the first time at our closing and his accessible explanations of the mountains of paperwork (and required signatures) combined with some slight humor actually made our closing enjoyable. I've already recommended him to friends and our broker and we would absolute work with Seth again!

Seth was our lawyer for a recent property purchase. He was highly responsive to our questions/ requests. Our property had a few 'hairs' on it but Seth provided sound guidance throughout the process, particularly when negotiating various additional conditions/ clauses to protect us. He had previous...ly dealt with the Sellers' lawyer and our home loan officer - having built such sound professional relationships made dealing with those parties easier. Overall it was a very good experience having Seth as our lawyer and highly recommend him.
