The idea of purchasing our first NYC coop was initially daunting to say the least. Going into closing, we were extremely comfortable. At closing, Seth expertly managed the entire process and all attorneys present so we could complete the transaction in a timely and seamless manner. There were a number of documents to sign in order to close and each was presented to us with clear explanation and transparency. Our purchase had some hurdles as the seller's attorney was not experienced in real estate transactions. Seth went above and beyond his duties in guiding the attorney on what steps he needed to take in order to move through the process. It was professionalism at its finest. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience and are extremely grateful to Seth for his work and guidance. His integrity can never be questioned, work ethic is second to no one, and knowledge of NYC real estate has tremendous depth.
