Perfect Cooperative Purchase and Closing

Very smooth Coop purchase Process and Closing. Answers all calls and email right away. Nothing was left to chance. Fast and attend every detail. I would highly recommend him. He would go the distance to make sure everything is perfect.

Knowledgeable, professional, and excellent overall

Seth guided me through my first time buying an apartment in NYC and the experience was excellent. Seth took time to explain the process, how to evaluate the board's financials, and answered every question I had promptly and clearly. He discovered a potentially deal-killing issue with the apartment... I was purchasing and navigated the issue's resolution with aplomb. He consistently put my interests first and I absolutely recommend working with Seth in any capacity that you're considering him. He knows his stuff, gets the job done extremely well, and is a pleasure to deal with.

We highly recommend Seth Feldman

Mr. Feldman's firm was recommended to us by a close friend, who had used them when he purchased his apartment. My husband and I have used Mr. Feldman's firm on two occasions. The first time was nine years ago when we purchased our Manhattan apartment. His father, the attorney Ed Feldman, was quite... helpful. When we decided to sell the apartment, we chose to use the same firm because we received excellent service at a very fair price. When I called about selling our apartment, Seth immediately got on the phone with me, discussed the potential sale of my apartment, and answered my long list of questions. Once we decided to move forward, he was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question, and corresponded frequently with our broker during the process. We had already moved out of state at the time of our closing, and Seth handled the entire closing (after we gave him power of attorney). He paid the broker, deposited our check for us, and made the entire process incredibly easy. He is trustworthy, responsible, and communicates quickly and clearly - all the qualities you want in an attorney! We highly recommend him.

Outstanding work!

On our realtor's recommendation, my wife and I hired Seth for our first-time co-op apartment purchase in NYC. Even though we had previously bought houses in the 'burbs, a NYC purchase is another thing altogether, and Seth did an outstanding job of guiding us through the process. We were concerned whe...n our mortgage company went through personnel changes and provided inconsistent information. But Seth provided a steady hand throughout. His statement prepared for the closing was clear and accurate, and he guided us through that process with aplomb, even with a few last-minute issues found during the walkthrough. Seth's knowledge, judgment, attention to detail, and sense of humor served us well. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Outstanding Coop Purchase Experience

The idea of purchasing our first NYC coop was initially daunting to say the least. Talking to friends about what to look out for, easy traps to fall into, documents to have ready, etc had us both a bit on edge. After our first meeting with Seth to go over the steps we would need to take and contr...act, we were 100% confident and at ease. Realizing our lack of experience in purchasing real estate, Seth made sure to review every item with us until we had a clear understanding of the details and how it could potentially impact us. Going into closing, we were extremely comfortable. At closing, Seth expertly managed the entire process and all attorneys present so we could complete the transaction in a timely and seamless manner. There were a number of documents to sign in order to close and each was presented to us with clear explanation and transparency. Our purchase had some hurdles as the seller's attorney was not experienced in real estate transactions. Seth went above and beyond his duties in guiding the attorney on what steps he needed to take in order to move through the process. It was professionalism at its finest. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience and are extremely grateful to Seth for his work and guidance. His integrity can never be questioned, work ethic is second to no one, and knowledge of NYC real estate has tremendous depth. We would recommend working with Seth to anyone with absolutely no reservations.
