Seth Ira Feldman

I started working in the NY/NJ real estate and finance business right out of college working with lenders, buyers and sellers and continued the same while I attended law school at night.

Together with my father, Edward S. Feldman, Esq., we have grown Feldman & Associates, PLLC each and every year. We have represented a countless number of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in both residential and commercial matters, as well as over a dozen banks and lenders on both the closing and foreclosure side. We also represent a number of individual Developers, Condominiums, and Cooperatives throughout the greater NY area.

I also specialize in estate matters, from drafting wills and health care proxies to administrating and probating estates, as well as revocable and irrevocable trusts.
