Undoubtedly Rachel Einbund is an excellent professional and did an amazing job with my case. I did apply for an EB1 visa and Rachel helped me to address my case to the way it could be approved. Unfortunately after the first Request for Evidences (RFE) my case was denied but Rachel and I made sure the...re was a big mistake and we firmly believed that the decision was unfair. For that reason, we decided to appeal the decision and asked for a reopen and reconsideration. During the appealing process, Rachel did an amazing job by defending my case and by arguing the reasons why we thought there was a mistake in the decision from USCIS. As clients, my husband and I think that Rachel wrote an impeccable document and the final decision was Approved!! She was very clear and very strong in her arguments and postures, so we were completely satisfied with her job. Once we got the final decision, Rachel and her team were working with us until our permanent resident was approved. They were working very closed with us and they did understand how to be a great support during the whole process. My family and I are eternally thankful to be on Rachel's hands and we will recommend her and her team without any doubt.

Rachel and her office were incredible at helping me go through quite a tough process and make it clear, and easy to follow. She helped me with the green card process, transferring my O1 visa into a talent based Permanent Residency - something many told me was extremely cumbersome. With clear directio...ns and steps, I had guidance through the whole process and was able to feel a little more at easy with something that is often quite unsettling.
