Rachel is amazing for a number of reasons. 1) She never rushed and never made me feel like she had other more important things to do. She took the time to explain my options to me and answered all of my questions. 2) Her fees are extremely reasonable. I've seen several lawyers in the past and she was by far the most reasonably priced for the work. 3) This is not just a job for Rachel but her passion and it's reflected in how she treats people. She was always kind, patient and easy to talk to. She is amazing.

I was recommended to Rachel by a friend, and after our first consultation I knew she was the one to hire. Even though I didn't hire her for a few months after our meeting, she stuck to the original rate she quoted us, even though her rates had gone up a bit since. That to me was a sign of integrity and honesty. The immigration situation is such a long and drawn out process with SO much paperwork and many moving parts, but Rachel and her assistant Hillary helped us out a great deal by letting us know exactly what was needed for us to put together a great packet. Once we finally got around to our marriage interview, the interviewer even said that it was a really good packet. He gave us very little grief or questioning about our relationship, and we think it's because the packet was so thorough with photos, texts, etc. This process took about 9 months of our lives, and Rachel was with us every step of the way to answer questions, return emails, etc. One small complaint is that there were two occasions earlier in the process where there were misspellings of names or missing info that wasn't sent over on her end that probably cost us about a month in delays, but it was nothing really major. My husband just received his Green Card in the mail yesterday, and we're glad that this part of the process is over, and we'd recommend Rachel to anyone who needs an immigration attorney that's focused on the LGBT community. She really is an asset to our community. We are very, very pleased and would recommend Rachel quickly and enthusiastically.

On our first attempt in applying for the K1 visa, we tried doing it ourselves without a lawyer. We were shocked and nervous when we received an Intention to Deny letter. We contacted Rachel Einbund who helped us prepare an appeal under short notice. Now, my fiancee has arrived under the K1 visa to get married this week! My fiancee and I are incredibly grateful for Rachel Einbund and her team. She is knowledgeable, kind, and knows how to get results. We would recommend her to anybody seeking immigration counsel.

We hired Rachel due to receiving a notice of intent to deny our I-485. She was able to meet with us on very short notice and get back a rebuttal to USCIS in under a week. We have already heard back with an approval! I'm beyond glad we hired Rachel and would recommend her to anyone!

I needed an immigration lawyer on an emergency basis. I had heard of Rachel Einbund so I contacted her and I was not disappointed! She gave me a FREE consultation, came with me to the immigration office (twice and very early in the morning!), was full of suggestions and very reassuring. Rachel is hands on and passionate about what she does. She never gives up and does not let you down. Case in point, I now have my green card thanks to her! Had it not been for Rachel, I am very sure that I would still be waiting. I strongly recommend her and will most definitely hire her again for my US passport.

Rachel helped my wife with a change of status to get her green card. The process was straightforward, the first meeting she went over a checklist of items and how she would make a portfolio with all the important documents and pictures highlighted. The process was flawless, we supplied as much as we could from the items in the checklist and she took care of the rest with timely reminders of dates and even scanning and sending us documents pertaining to our case electronically.
Prior to contacting Rachel we had heard differing opinions on the process, with some lawyers even suggesting my wife had to leave the country and apply for a spouse visa from her country of origin. Rachel helped reassure us that we would not need to be separated and her experience led to a smooth process for something that could have been very stressful. The portfolio she created for our application was so complete that the immigration interview lasted less than 10 minutes.
We highly recommend Rachel.

I went to Rachel for my Green card based change of status case. She was very warm and helpful, explaining the overall procedure in detail.
Went through all the evidences thoroughly and requested us the list of missing information to build up a strong case.
Overall, had a wonderful experience and would recommend any one for her law firm services.

It is with great pleasure that we recommend to you the Law Office of Rachel Einbund. I was privileged to meet Rachel prior to setting up an actual appointment and she immediately struck me as someone who is passionate about her work and those she represents. Being a member of the LGBT community I knew our situation was going to be different. We set-up an appointment to meet with her as we had concerns about the processes involved. She is highly knowledgeable, friendly and truly care about those being represented.
We met with Rachel a few times and were undecided about a day to marry. Rachel let us know that she would be able to marry us as well. We were very excited by this and set a date. Fast forward to our wedding day, which was exactly April 7 of 2015, exactly one year ago today. I am proud to say that my husband and I were Rachel's first couple that she married, and just to show how passionate and caring she is, she and her staff went out of their way to organize the office in a way that made the setting quite intimate. I am someone who is always worried about organization and processes. Not with Rachel and her staff. They went above and beyond. We had a few friends there as well. Rachel read a beautiful poem that brought tears to our eyes while classical music played in the background.
Rachel and her assistant, Hillary, made sure all of our paperwork was in order when it came time to filing the application and also for our marriage interview months later. Her positive outlook eased my worries, and I am someone who always worries. I'm happy to say, everything worked out just as she said it would. If your looking for a highly skilled professional who cares about your situation, then I highly recommend Rachel not only for her immigration legal services, but as someone who can marry you as well. You will not be disappointed. My husband and I will definitely be utilizing her services again in the future. Thank you Rachel and Hillary! We will be forever grateful.
