As for as the legal advice – spot on. ... At our initial meeting, Rachel spent an hour describing the process, timeline, salient considerations and preparatory work that we could start thinking about. That time was free – prior to engaging Rachel, we had walked away with a sheet of paper in her own handwriting outlining the process. Looking at that sheet of paper six months later, with green card in hand, she nailed it! We had some complexities in our case, including a parallel process to correct some erroneous information in my current foreign passport prior to submitting the green card application.
