I devote my practice to prenuptial agreements and complex financial divorces that involve trusts and complicated business interests for high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, I represent individuals outside of New York in conjunction with local counsel and consult on foreign and out-of-state prenups in New York. I counsel people in all legal aspects of marriage and divorce, from planning and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, to separation agreements, divorce and high conflict custody cases, including:
