I asked for consultation; he is very very knowledgeable about family law, he also knows about how particular judges in the matrimonial parts go about deciding cases.

I have known Jonathan since 2003. I know from having worked with him that he is an extremely diligent attorney. He always goes the extra mile for his clients and is very adept at finding practical solutions to complex problems. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an exceptional matrimonial and family law advocate.

I was referred to Jonathan by my real estate attorney, when I needed representation through a divorce. Our first meeting proved to be a helpful and accurate template for the process ahead. Discovery and filings were handled promptly and professionally. During one period where the other party and her attorney delayed for over a year, Jonathan and I would confer periodically to review the delay and my options forward. Action was taken commensurate with our discussions and in cooperation with my interests that the delay not escalate the charges. Billing throughout the process was fair, and met both the original estimated cost and my budget.
We have remained in touch periodically since my divorce was successfully completed.
Recently, when I became the co-executor of an estate, I contacted Jonathan for guidance regarding my participation as executor. During my meeting with Jonathan regarding the estate, he reviewed a great deal of information in a short period. At the conclusion of our meeting, he provided me with a photocopy of the pertinent paragraph of New York State law at the heart of the delays and confusion at the estate end. The estate attorneys thanked me, in the end, for my initiative in consulting my attorney. At the completion of the estate paperwork, Jonathan made room in his schedule to help me review the final documents I had to submit as co-executor.
