Evans' representation for the purchase of my condo was excellent! He has a wealth of knowledge of the entire process, especially as it pertains to the purchase via an HPD grant, and he prepared me from day 1 on what to expect! He advocated for me every step of the way and when I wanted to make chan...ges to my unit selection he urged me to vie for what I wanted and not settle! He is very thorough and I'd say a perfectionist. During my closing he caught an issue in the paperwork that shouldn't have been there and he had the situation corrected. He's definitely the type of lawyer you want when making big real estate transactions. I'd highly recommend his services to anyone!

I used Evans as my attorney for my first home. He's on top of everything and works really fast which is great. He was clear and upfront with regards to payments, so no hidden fees here and there at the end. Evans made my closing much quicker than I expected. I think usually you have to reach out to y...our attorney and keep asking about next steps, however Evans is great and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Lastly, He is also a great guy, super friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you're looking into buying a home.
