A few short hours ago, Mr. Legros helped me and my partner secure our first home. We are so happy to have had the pleasure of working with him. I am a type A personality - I love my checklists, color coding, etc. Mr. Legros did all that and more, without us ever having to ask. Impressively organized,... thorough, proactive, and patient (we tried our best not to bombard him with questions and he always did his best to point us in the right direction). Accessible on weekends even though we did not expect him to be. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially the first time home buyer.
