Fran Perdomo advises U.S. and international clients in the areas of corporate, entertainment and intellectual property with particular emphasis in representing established and developing businesses involved in music publishing, recording, new media, management, franchise, fashion, film development and production, as well as advising individual recording artists, athletes, designers, chefs, models and other high level industry professionals in expanding and managing their business affairs.

Fran Perdomo has years of experience in cross-border commercial transactions involving corporate and intellectual property issues.  She has advised U.S. and foreign companies with issues associated with business expansion including structuring corporate investment vehicles, protecting and managing trademark and copyright portfolios, securing licensing opportunities as well providing in depth analysis of the applicable laws to protect her clients' interests.

Ms. Perdomo's experience representing companies and individuals in the corporate, entertainment and intellectual property fields, combined with her understanding of U.S. and international business models, allows Ms. Perdomo to offer her clients quality performance and results.  Ms. Perdomo frequently utilizes her talents to negotiate, advise and create strategic partnerships for her clients regarding sponsorship deals, brand integration agreements, licensing and endorsement deals.

Furthermore, Ms. Perdomo has successfully handled complex commercial litigation matters before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the International Division of the American Arbitration Association and the Commercial Courts of the Dominican Republic.  In addition, Ms. Perdomo has years of experience as a commercial litigator before the New York State trial courts.

Fran Perdomo graduated Magna Cum Laude from Universidad Iberoamericana (Unibe) where she received a Doctor en Derecho Degree (J.D. Equivalent). In addition, Ms. Perdomo holds an LL.M from  Cornell University Law School and a Certificat in Droit Compare from Universite De Paris I, Pantheon Sorbonne.

Ms. Perdomo's fluency in Spanish, her multi-cultural approach, U.S. and international client base as well as her knowledge of civil law and common law give her a unique and valuable approach to the legal needs of her clients.
